At Lucispex, every product is made specifically after an order is placed. Because products are created on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer preference, or change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.

To process a replacement request, please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the problem

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
